TÜV Thüringen Italy is an independent certification body present in the Italian market for over twenty years.
Their main areas of business concern Certifications of Management Systems for Quality, Environment, and Health and Safety at Work. TÜV Thüringen Italy also offers inspection systems, evaluation methodologies, and ratings based on guidelines, regulations, and national and international standards.
It is an organization active at both national and international levels that collaborates with clients and partners based on the principles of Neutrality, Competence, Fairness, Merit, and Respect, with the aim of bringing added value to organizations.
With approximately 250 member companies from every corner of the world, including major international onshore and offshore contractors and their key subcontractors, IPLOCA encompasses every discipline associated with the onshore and offshore pipeline industry.
The Association is committed to working collaboratively and promoting cooperative relationships among Association members and with other contractors, owners and operators.

Members are organisations (regular members for contractors; associate members for suppliers) and individuals (honorary members). Membership reflects the hybrid nature of the PLCAC, both as a bargaining agent for employers and as a recognised Canadian association for the service and supply industry.
Potential member companies are considered through a membership application process. The procedure involves working with the PLCAC executive office to ensure that the application is complete and that all qualifications for the membership type are met. Completed membership applications are generally reviewed quarterly by the Membership and Promotion Committee before being recommended to the Board of Directors.
