The WARRIOR tractors are crawler agricultural tractors designed and produced by SCAIP since the 1990s. These tractors are specifically made to maximize yield during plowing operations on very hard and heavy soils. These machines are very suitable for agricultural or forestry work (as well as for sowing combined with harrowing, soil tillage, uprooting, etc.) with excellent performance in terms of power, traction, and stability. Another condition in which our Warrior tractors have shown exceptional performance is in very wet areas, ensuring always good ground adherence. Preparing the land with our crawler tractors helps increase the yield of the cultivated field; in fact, the ground pressure more evenly distributed, typical of crawler machines, reduces soil compaction, promoting water absorption and drainage.
The STX Series crawler tractors are equipped with:
From 130 to 390 HP compliant with EU Stage V / EPA Tier 4 Final Ready regulations, ensuring power and speed for any application.
Optimized durability and weight distribution. Warriors were originally designed with steel tracks for their durability (up to 10,000 hours of work) and greater fuel efficiency compared to traditional wheeled tractors. Using tracks reduces soil compaction and does not create any barrier to natural water drainage in the field, allowing crops to grow in the best soil conditions. Warriors can operate in fields with slopes of up to 30 degrees thanks to the weight distribution achieved by the tracks.
They manage traction during all work operations. Once the operator has selected the machine’s travel speed and the plow’s working depth, the system will control the power to the tracks so that the operator does not have to manually control the rear hydraulic lift. This system reduces trajectory correction during all types of operations, especially during plowing. In fact, plowing operations create a load that shifts the tractor’s longitudinal axis. This feature significantly reduces the attention required by the operator while driving during tractor work phases. The steering system is also equipped with a counter-rotation function for quick and easy operations and maneuvers in very confined areas.
Closed loop with two variable displacement axial piston pumps, each feeding hydraulic axial piston motors connected to planetary final reduction gears, in oil bath, with negative brake. The travel circuit is completely independent and separate from the auxiliary hydraulic circuit for auxiliary equipment. There are two independent hydraulic oil tanks to prevent any possible contamination of the hydraulic oil.
Soundproofed and air-conditioned driver’s cabs mounted on the frame using elastic mounts (which reduce vibrations). The cab can be tilted to one side to allow access to the pump compartments and hydraulic filters.
3-point on oscillating tow hook. It is also possible to have the machine equipped with only the oscillating drawbar without the 3-point lift.
The power take-off is mechanical. Speed at 2000 rpm: 1000 rpm. Splined shaft size: 1 3/8″.
As multi-purpose tractors, Warriors can be customized according to our customers’ needs. Our offer can cover configurations of special machines with specific required applications and/or tools for special auxiliary equipment.
